  • All you have to do is give us your dogs name and birthday along with your name and email address.
  • At the beginning of each month we take all the birthdays for that month and send a Happy Birthday email to your pet.
  • Show that email to get your dog’s free birthday treat gift.
  • The email will also contain a coupon for 20% off any one non-food item of your dog’s choice at the store (exclusions apply).
