  • A Letter To Our Friends & Family

    Dear friends and family,

    Due to the ongoing case growth of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to reach out to you to express our concerns and inform you of our increased frequency in our regular daily operations to keep our store clean and sanitized.

    We have been and have increased our practice in completing these tasks:

    • Cleaning and disinfecting countertops, tabletops, grooming tables, kennels
      and enclosures
    • Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and kennels in our pet hospital and
      grooming salon
    • Wiping down and disinfecting doorknobs and handles

    As always, we provide hand sanitizer throughout our store and grooming salon for our customers and associates. We also support our associates to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

    As pet parents we understand your concern about your pets spreading COVID-19. To date, there is no evidence that they can (according to CDC guidance). We encourage you to visit these links about the latest information about COVID-19 and pets:

    We also offer a Storefront Pickup service for minimal contact and Local Delivery for those who are ill and cannot leave home. All you need to do is call in your order with your credit card in hand (we accept payment over the phone) and we will bring your order out to your car or home once it’s ready (we will deliver your orders within 24 hours). If there’s a product we do not have in stock, we can place a Special Order for you!
